Myntra offers awesome problems to solve at scale and at the same time offers autonomy to solve the problems. The culture is quite collaborative and the best part is everyone tries to help each other out. If someone likes good challenges and wants to beat those, this is the place. In my 1st 2 months after joining back, I got very interesting and diverse problem statements to solve. The problem statements are interesting and I tend to just keep working on them till they are sorted. One of the other key things I like is the diversity in the workforce and everything taking care of itself while you concentrate on the job at hand. It's like poetry in motion where everyone is executing their stuff to brilliance and things fall together.
