Nandita Sinha is the Chief Executive Officer at Myntra. She is responsible for executing the strategic vision for the company and delivering highly engaging and personalized fashion experience to our customers.
Nandita has over sixteen years of experience across e-commerce & FMCG and brings together a unique combination of deep customer and category understanding, business acumen, technology thinking and people leadership. She has worked with Flipkart for over eight years and has led multiple portfolios, ranging from FMCG, Home and Furniture to Lifestyle Accessories, Books and Media to Customer growth and Media Engagement. Prior to assuming her current role, she was Vice-President – Customer growth, media and Engagement, where she led the customer growth and retention strategy and built a uniform customer value proposition for Flipkart.
Nandita began her career at Hindustan Unilever Limited and later moved to Britannia Industries, where as a Product Manager she was responsible for enabling innovation, communication development and media planning. Before joining the Flipkart Group, Nandita co-founded MyBabyCart.com, an e-commerce site, where she was responsible for driving revenue and customer growth.
Nandita holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and a BTech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) BHU.
Sharon Pais
Sharon Pais is the Chief Business Officer at Myntra. In this role, Sharon is responsible for strengthening Myntra’s selection, value, and experience proposition.
Sharon has over twelve years of experience, with a proven track record in revenue generation, brand building and growth strategy, and management. She has been with the Flipkart Group for over eight years in various leadership roles across categories, including her last role as Head of Loyalty and Travel at Flipkart, where she delivered unprecedented growth in digital categories (Travel) and Shopsy (social commerce) by scaling these ecosystems. Her other feats at the Group include building new businesses working in several P&L and platform roles. Having started her career journey with Procter and Gamble, she has prior experience in Sales, Distribution and Trade Marketing in the FMCG space.
Abhishek Gupta
Abhishek Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer at Myntra and in this role, he looks after all aspects of finance at the organization.
Abhishek is a seasoned professional with over sixteen years of experience in the e-commerce and FMCG industries. Over the years, he has worked extensively in core commercial areas such as Risk Management and Internal Controls, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Performance Management and Global Shared Services, while partnering with various functional units. He joined the Flipkart Group in 2018, and had served in varied roles including his last role as Head of Finance – Flipkart Wholesale & Walmart India, where he was responsible for Leading the Business Finance Function for Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, Category Finance, FPNA, Memberships, Monetization, Marketing and New Business Initiatives, for Walmart India and Flipkart Wholesale Business.
Abhishek’s previous career experience includes stints with leading companies such as ITC Limited, Abbot and Unilever, where he was credited with leading large teams and setting the finance teams for success.
Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant by education and is passionate about building a learning culture within the organization.
Manohar Kamath
Manohar has over 2 decades of experience in the retail sector and Heads Myntra Fashion Brands where he is responsible for brand building, strengthening the existing portfolio of brands and creating a roadmap for the future. He joined Myntra from Shoppers Stop, where he was the Chief Operating Officer & Director of the Board of Crossword Book Stores and Nuance (India).His career spans building the denim business at Arvind with brands like Ruf &Tuf and delivering business turnarounds through a relentless focus on the consumer at Shoppers Stop. At the height of his eight-year stint with Shoppers Stop, he has lead National Retail Operations, Best Practices, Customer Relations, Visual Merchandising, Business Development, Projects, Institutional Sales, Administration & Maintenance and more.
Manohar started his career at Arvind Mills as Marketing Manager. His association with Arvind for a decade helped hone his skills in Fabric Marketing, Key Account Management, Channel sales, Brand Launches and Supply Chain Operations. In early 2001, Manohar joined Globus, a retail clothing store chain based in Mumbai.
Manohar has done his Post Graduation in Business Management from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
Raghu Krishnananda
Raghu is Chief Technology Officer at Myntra. In this role, he provides leadership for the technology function at Myntra playing a key role in providing technology vision for building world class fashion & lifestyle shopping platform.
Raghu has over 25 years experience in Product Development holding senior management positions in leading global companies building platforms and services in Web, Mobile and Finance domains. He is an innovative and strategic thinker and brings in specialized experiences in the area of Cloud Platforms and Machine Learning. Raghu is highly experienced in building and leading large scale high performing teams, hiring and mentoring senior technical talent as well as Performance Management.
Raghu has worked with Samsung, Yahoo and other successful technology giants
across industries in his earlier stints. He holds a Masters in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a business management degree from Stern School of Business, NYU.
Nupur Nagpal
Nupur Nagpal is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Myntra. In this role, Nupur is responsible for leading the HR roadmap towards building and scaling the organisation as well as enriching Myntra’s existing human capital.
Nupur has over 20 years of experience in initiating and delivering organizational change, culture building, and delivering sustained business results across the e-commerce, telecom, and insurance industries. Nupur’s strengths include bringing about business transformations, navigating through cultural changes & challenges as well as coaching leaders to success. Prior to joining Myntra, Nupur worked with Sprinklr, where she led the people function for JAPAC markets. Her past experiences include leadership roles with Prione Group of Companies and Amazon in addition to stints with Tata Group, Virgin Mobile, WNS Global Services among others.
Nupur holds a PGDBA in HR and a Graduation degree in Microbiology.
